We offer our services to the Greater York and South Central PA Areas. Services can be one-time only, weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. Weekly and bi-weekly service plans start at 4-weeks up to 52-weeks. Rates are discounted starting at the 12-week service plan. All services are prepay by cash or check.
After you schedule an initial inspection of your yard, we will come out to discuss any questions or issues you may have. All service procedures will be agreed upon at this time. Payment will be due before the initial cleaning is performed.
We will continue to clean your yard for the full length of the service plan. If weather (example-severe snow storm) prevents us from doing a weekly cleaning, we will postpone that particular cleaning until the following week. You will not be charged for the skipped cleaning.
Each cleaning will be double-scanned to ensure all waste is cleaned. The bag of waste will then be sprayed with AG-ODOR and double-bagged to prevent odor problems. It will then be placed in your outdoor garbage container or we can take it with us. All tools and shoes are disinfected after each cleaning to ensure no harmful diseases are spread.
Many commercial sites have policies that pet waste must be cleaned. As you are aware, many tenants disregard this policy and leave the waste causing many problems within your community. We can help you with this problem!
We offer the same quality residential services to apartment complexes, town-home and retirement communities. Plans can be for one-time only, weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. We will gladly meet with you to discuss your needs and inspect the job. You will be given a quote for the proposed services. We will work with you in any way we can to help find a program that works for you!

In order to allow us to do a complete and thorough job, we ask that on your scheduled service day, your dog be restrained or kept inside. We will knock on your door when we arrive to alert you that we are there.
Also, please be sure your gate is unlocked so that we may gain access to clean your yard. We will make entry arrangements with you during our initial inspection of your yard.
Winter: Yes, we still perform our services during the winter. Normally when it snows, we will be able to clean-up the waste on top of the snow, and then clean the remainder the following week when the snow melts.
Sometimes excessive snow will prevent us from being able to find and remove the dog waste. If this is the case, we will delay the cleaning until the following week.
Spring: Sometimes the dog waste is frozen between layers of ice in the early spring. We will remove all surface waste and get the rest as the ice melts.
Summer: Long grass poses some difficulties. Please be sure to have your grass cut 4-inches or less so we may more effectively perform our service.
Fall: Please be sure that the bulk of your leaves are raked before your service day.
*We will do our absolute best, but cannot guarentee finding all dog waste if there is significant leaf cover or the grass is over 4-inches.
