Your Pet's Business Is Our Business!
Although many apartment complexes and communities have policies about cleaning your pet's waste, many residents disregard this and let the waste on the ground. This can cause many problems within your community. We can help you with this problem.
We offer all of our quality services to apartment complexes, condominiums, retirement communities, special events, etc. in the Greater York and Hanover Areas. Services can be one-time only, weekly, bi-weekly cleanings or we can work with you to find a plan that is best for your circumstances. All commercial services are either billed monthly or prepaid by cash or check. We are hoping to have an online bill pay in the near future.
After you schedule an initial inspection of your complex or community, we will come out to discuss any questions or issues you may have while we inspect the grounds. After we finish discussing your needs and inspecting the grounds, we will give you a quote for the service plan that works for you. After we receive your signed service contract, we will begin cleaning the week you indicate as the start date.
We will continue to clean your grounds for the full length of your service plan. If weather (ex-severe snow storm) prevents us from doing a weekly cleaning, we will postpone that particular cleaning until the following week. Each cleaning will be double-scanned to ensure all waste is cleaned. The bag of waste will then be sprayed with AG-ODOR and double-bagged to prevent odor problems. It will then be placed in your outdoor garbage container. All tools and shoes are disinfected after each cleaning to ensure no harmful diseases are spread.

Prices are discounted starting at 12-week plans. A 52-week plan for 1-dog equals $10 per week instead of the normal $11 per week estimate. This is a savings of $52 for the year.
